In 2005, Jason launched his leadership company, Finish Empty®. Through speaking, training, and coaching, he equips leaders in every environment—developing athletes, strengthening teams, inspiring schools, guiding businesses, and supporting organizations committed to excellence and impact. Finish Empty® challenges people to think differently, live boldly, and leave nothing undone.
In June of this year, Jason released his debut book, Finish Empty®—a transformative call to live with clarity, courage, and conviction. That same month, he was honored as Life Coach of the Year by AY Magazine, recognizing his impact on personal growth and leadership development throughout the region.
Jason’s journey in leadership and communication began at Mississippi College, where he played four years of collegiate baseball and earned a degree in Communications. For the past two decades, he has served as Teaching Pastor at The Church at Rock Creek in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He married his high school sweetheart, Courtney, in 2003. They live in Little Rock with their two daughters, Carson and Cameron.
