As the founder of Finish Empty®, Jason partners with athletes, teams, schools, organizations, and businesses to promote a culture of excellence, resilience, and intentional living.
Jason’s journey in leadership and communication began at Mississippi College, where he played four years of collegiate baseball and earned a degree in Communications. For the past 20 years, he has served on staff at The Church at Rock Creek in Little Rock, Arkansas, overseeing Next Generation Ministry and serving as a Teaching Pastor.
Jason married his high school sweetheart, Courtney, in 2003, and together they have two daughters, Carson and Cameron.
