At the core of Jason’s work is a passion to help people come to know Christ, a mission that shapes everything he does. In 2025 alone, he is on pace to speak face-to-face with more than 150,000 people.

In 2005, Jason founded Finish Empty®. Through speaking, training, and coaching, he equips leaders in every environment, developing athletes, strengthening teams, inspiring schools, guiding businesses, and supporting organizations committed to excellence and impact. Finish Empty® challenges people to think differently, live boldly, and leave nothing undone.

In June 2025, Jason released his debut book, Finish Empty®, a call to live with clarity, courage, and conviction. In May 2026, he was named Person of the Year by AY Magazine, recognizing his impact on personal growth and leadership development across the region.

Jason’s leadership journey began at Mississippi College, where he played four years of collegiate baseball and earned a degree in Communications. For more than two decades, he has served as Teaching Pastor at The Church at Rock Creek in Little Rock, Arkansas.

He married his high school sweetheart, Courtney, in 2003. They live in Little Rock, Arkansas, and have two daughters, Carson and Cameron.
